"Sassy, witty, sexy, this spirited, sibling-centered romance sees one sister wed and the other engaged"—from the bestselling author of Sea Glass Sunrise (Library Journal).

There's no place like seaside Blueberry Cove, Maine, at Christmas—and there's nothing like a wedding, the warmth of the holidays, and an old crush, to create the perfect new start . . .

Interior designer Fiona McCrae has left fast-paced Manhattan to move back home to peaceful Blueberry Cove. But she's barely arrived before she's hooked into planning her big sister Hannah's Christmas wedding—in less than seven weeks. The last thing she needs is for her first love, Ben Campbell, to return to neighboring Snowflake Bay . . .

As kids, Fiona was the bratty little sister Ben mercilessly teased—while pining after Hannah. But Fi never once thought of Ben like a brother. That hasn't changed. Now that Fi is all grown up, the romance of the occasion, the spirit of the season, and the gifts of time just might ignite a long-held flame for many Christmases to come . . .

Something old might just become something new . . .

Includes a DIY wedding project!

In Kaufmann’s festive but poorly paced second Brides of Blueberry Cove romp (after Sea Glass Sunrise), long-delayed love blooms at last. Ben Campbell always fancied Hannah McCrae, but she’s about to marry someone else. When Hannah’s younger sister, Fiona, returns to Blueberry Cove, Maine, for Hannah’s holiday nuptials, she realizes that her longtime crush on Ben has matured to womanly desire; Ben is astonished that the bratty kid sister is now a gorgeous woman. Trying not to taint their long-standing friendship, and doubting that Fiona’s overprotective brother will accept the romance, Fiona and Ben carefully test the strength of their new relationship. Unfortunately their shift from buddies to lovers is too abrupt and barely explained, and much rumbling about a feud involving Hannah’s groom-to-be never amounts to anything.

Done with her highly successful but inwardly unsatisfying interior design career in New York, Fiona McCrae heads home to Blueberry Cove to reconnect with her small-town roots and put her new business plan into action. Landscape architect Ben Campbell, her secret teenage crush and her older brother's best friend, has come back to town to take care of his family's Christmas tree business, and he's even hotter than Fi remembers. Now her life is going to get a lot more complicated--and that doesn't even take into account the Christmas wedding she's been talked into planning for her older sister. VERDICT Sassy, witty, and sexy, this spirited, sibling-centered romance sees one sister wed and the other engaged--and with a moving epilog it sets the stage for the youngest sister's adventure. Kauffman (Sea Glass Sunrise) lives in northern Virginia.
